RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our terms and conditions are clear, fair, and transparent—inspired by industry standards, without the hidden fees.

SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Security deposit by credit card (varies by equipment)
  • In-store signing of the rental agreement
  • Renter must be 18 years of age or older
  • Joint inspection of equipment performed at departure

FUEL & MAINTENANCE

  • Equipment delivered empty of fuel for safe transport
  • The renter fills up before use (super gasoline required)
  • No refuelling required upon return — return the equipment as is
  • Check engine oil level before each use
  • No modifications or repairs without prior authorization

DURATIONS & RETURNS

  • 1 day = 24 hours from pickup
  • Weekend = Friday evening to Monday morning 10 am
  • 1 week = 7 days / 1 month = 28 days
  • Late return charged at the current daily rate
  • Extension possible — contact us before expiration

TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use according to manufacturer's instructions
  • Outdoor use only for gasoline-powered equipment
  • Damage, loss, or theft are the responsibility of the renter
  • Joint inspection upon return - condition documented

🚚 Delivery — Rates & conditions

Delivery is available on weekdays only (Monday to Friday), subject to availability. Delivery fees: $25 base + $1.75/km (one way only, from 4630 Blvd Industriel, Sherbrooke). The return of the equipment is the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise agreed. In-store pickup is always free. No guaranteed weekend delivery.
