TOLSEN's Full Lifetime Warranty covers you should your tool malfunction due to a defect in workmanship or materials. If so, we will repair or replace the tool free of charge.

The duration of the guarantee
This warranty covers the entire life of the TOLSEN tool. The warranty ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.

The solutions we offer
Products under warranty are repaired or replaced, at the option of SOS Tools according to the TOLSEN warranty, and returned free of charge; or, if after three attempts at repair or replacement during the warranty period, the product is still defective, you may elect to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
What is not covered
Failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear of the product are not covered by this warranty. TOLSEN and SOS Tools cannot be held liable for consequential or indirect damage.
No other express warranty applies
This lifetime warranty is the one and only applicable to TOLSEN products. No employee, agent, or other person is authorized to modify this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of TOLSEN.

TOLSEN brand products are built for reliability and durability, and are backed by a full lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship.
If you have a problem with your TOLSEN product due to a defect in parts or workmanship, we will attempt to remedy the problem as soon as possible in accordance with our written warranty policy. For any information concerning the warranty of TOLSEN items, you can contact us.
Often our tools are used on job sites, in extremely harsh applications and environments. Under these conditions, TOLSEN products may, over time, undergo normal wear and require after-sales service. Although normal wear and tear is not not considered a “defect” and not covered by the TOLSEN Lifetime Warranty, our goal is to get your tool back into service as quickly as possible.
DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP:
In our experience, premature failure due to a defect in workmanship, whether in parts or workmanship, usually occurs shortly after the product is put into service, often as early as first or second use of the product. When returned for inspection, these products are usually still practically new and appear to have seen very little use. It is uncommon for a product manufactured with a defect to survive normal use for a long period of time. Products that are returned for warranty inspection after months or years of dedicated service are rarely found to be defective. The most commonly requested services result from normal wear and tear, which is not considered a defect in material or workmanship.
